TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TICKET SALES
Overview
Javan.Events functions as a platform that connects buyers with event organizers, serving as an authorized agent to sell tickets for events organized by promoters, venues, artists, and other entities (“Promoter”). Javan.Events is not involved in the planning or execution of events and does not assume responsibility for any claims, guarantees, or issues arising from the event. The responsibility for setting ticket prices and ensuring the quality, safety, and delivery of the event lies entirely with the Promoter.
Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing tickets through Javan.Events, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase. Javan.Events reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Your Ticket
- Delivery: Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email containing a PDF of your ticket(s). You may download and print your ticket(s) using the link provided in the confirmation email. Ensure that the email address provided during purchase is accurate.
- Security: Treat your ticket(s) as cash. Each ticket contains a unique code that identifies the purchaser and is valid for one-time use only. Duplication or unauthorized sharing of the ticket code may result in denied entry.
- Entry Requirements: Entry to the event requires presentation of a valid ticket. For concession tickets or events with age restrictions, appropriate identification must also be presented. Failure to present valid identification may result in refusal of entry without a refund.
Postponements, Cancellations & Refunds
- Non-Refundable Policy: Tickets purchased through Javan.Events are non-refundable, except in cases explicitly authorised by the Promoter.
- Cancellations: In the event of cancellation, the Promoter is responsible for managing refunds. Javan.Events facilitates refunds only as authorised by the Promoter, and these refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- Postponements: Tickets remain valid for rescheduled events unless otherwise notified. Refund requests for postponed events must be submitted within one week of the announcement of the new date. Refunds for postponed events, if authorised by the Promoter, will also be issued to the original payment method.
- Organizer Responsibility: Javan.Events is not liable for delays, cancellations, or other disruptions caused by the organiser. Complaints regarding event implementation must be directed to the Promoter.
- Compliance: Attendees must adhere to any Covid-19 health and safety measures in place, including mask-wearing, social distancing, or proof of vaccination, as mandated by the organiser or local authorities.
Ticket Limits
To ensure fair purchasing practices, ticket purchases are limited to a maximum of 25 tickets per transaction. Larger orders must be completed in multiple transactions.
Refusal of Admission or Ejection
- Behaviour: The Promoter or venue reserves the right to refuse admission or eject individuals whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or non-compliant with event rules. No refunds will be provided in such cases.
- Prohibited Items: Attendees must comply with venue policies regarding prohibited items, which may include weapons, alcohol, drugs, or recording devices.
Payment and Technical Issues
- Payment: All transactions are processed through Stripe or other secure payment systems. Javan.Events is not liable for declined transactions due to issues with your payment method. Please contact your bank for assistance.
- Errors: If a technical error occurs during the ticket purchase process, please contact Javan.Events customer service immediately to resolve the issue.
Event-Specific Terms
Some events may have additional terms and conditions specified by the Promoter. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to abide by these additional terms, which will be clearly communicated during the ticket purchase process.
Privacy Policy

Liability Disclaimer
Javan.Events is not responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage incurred at events. Attend events at your own risk, and adhere to safety protocols established by the venue and Promoter.
