Delivery

When you have selected an event and quantity, you will be able to choose between different payment and delivery options. The options presented depend on the event, the venue, your country of residence, and how far into the future the event takes place, etc.

Please take note of the delivery options you are presented with. You can read more about them below.

eTicketFast – you print the ticket yourself and bring it with you to the venue. You can also download a mobile-optimised version of the ticket if you access My Account via a smartphone. Read more about eTicketFast here.

Standard mail – if you buy your tickets at least 7 days prior to the event date, you will usually be offered this delivery mode. It is also possible to have your tickets sent in a gift box for an additional charge.

Reservation – when reservation is available, you can reserve ticket(s) here at Javan.events and subsequently buy them over the phone from the Javan.Events Call Center.

Javan.Events would like to stress that the liability for carriage lies with the buyer, and Javan.Events claims no responsibility for any tickets potentially lost in the mail or any other disruptions to the safe delivery of tickets to the buyer. See the paragraph about replacement tickets here though.

Pick-up If you choose to reserve your tickets, you can pick them up and pay for them at one of Javan.Events’ outlets around the country and in nearby regions. The tickets must be picked up within 3 days.

You can view all of our outlets here.

Tickets sold via Javan.Events will have a service charge. The service charge is usually between 10 and 40 DKK per ticket – the exact charge depends on the event price and the terms set forth by the promoter. The service charge is included in the price you see on Javan.events.

Additionally, a sales fee of 20 DKK per transaction is added if personal service is involved – from Javan.Events’ call center, the post office, or one of the other outlets. Thus, you will not pay the sales fee if you buy tickets directly from www.Javan.events.

When buying or picking up reservations at an outlet, a reservation fee of 5 DKK will be charged per ticket. So you’ll actually save money if you buy the tickets right away instead of using the reservation option.
